“We have team-building events every quarter where everyone gets together. Sometimes we have it with the family members. We celebrate all the birthdays, all the graduations. I think something that’s really nice, when supervisors come to you and say, ‘Hey, this person is graduating or they just had a baby.’ And for them to know they can come to you for resources to have a party for that person — everybody recognizes the important events in each other’s lives, and the company gives us the budget to celebrate that. It’s exciting to be part of a company with such fast growth. When you come here, you don’t feel you’re stagnant. If you have the right skills and attitude, there are many opportunities for you.”
